Description of problem:

There is only one description field which shows DNS domain name/description after creating a domain. When i take DNS domain and save it, that DNS name shows in description, and if i take DNS name, description and save it, that description shows in description field.
Basically description field is showing description which is correct but for domain name there should be a different field.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Infrastructure -> Domains
2. Take domain name and save it
3. domain name will reflect in description field

Description field is showing domain name after creating domain

Expected results:

There should be another field for domain name and domain name should not show in description field

in given attachment amol.foo is domain name which is showing in description and
my domain/new domain is description.
