Enable synchronization and management of PyPI-type repositories in Red Hat Satellite.

2) What is the nature and description of the request?

• To sync PyPI-type repository so that all the content distribution servers and clients can have access to like other RHEL repositories.

3) How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

• To be able to sync/manage the PyPI-type repository to the Satellite server like other RHEL repositories.
• The upstream has already solved this - https://docs.theforeman.org/nightly/Managing_Content/index-katello.html#Managing_Python_Type_Content_content-management

4) Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?

• Yes, Red Hat Bugzilla id=1746508 but closed as WontFIX.
