Description of problem:

• A customer has requested information as to why the "Change Content Source" host functionality changed between 6.13.5 and 6.13.6, including the automated install of yggdrasil packages, as it has "broken their host rebuild process"

How reproducible:
Consistently

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From the Satellite Web UI, navigate to Hosts --> All Hosts
2. Choose any host and click "Edit"
3. Attempt to click within the drop-down and find it unclickable

Actual results:
In 6.13.6 and later we see a new "Change Content Source" button and the primary drop-down for the Content Source field is no longer clickable as it was in 6.13.5

Expected results:
To be able to click into the drop-down to change the content source alternative to the 6.13.6 and later additional processes.

Additional info:
We found on 6.14.2 that when clicking "Edit" on a host, clicking "Change Content Source", then select your Content Source, LE, and CV, then click "Update Hosts Manually" we see "Configuration updated on Satellite" and the "Change Content Source" template script below.
