Actual results: Since virt-who packages for RHEL up to 9.x: https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/virt-who/1.31.26-1.el9/noarch/fd431d51/package so, should be possible to install it without limitation

Can be possible change that sentence with one more generic ?

Expected results: Read a sentence more generic about virt-who configuration.
