Filter in content host page not working properly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access your Satellite webUI
2. Hosts - Content Hosts, and in the text field, you can add a query

params.host_registration_insights = f

or
—
params.host_registration_insights = false
—

Note. The "false" or "f" will be presented automatically

Actual results:
We get accurate response only when using/selecting "f" or "t", when using "false" or "true", the response is empty

Expected results:
Be working on both ways, once both of them are valid booleans.
