Improve logging for Disconnected satellite setup.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer uses a disconnected satellite setup, and the customer is complaining the error/exception encountered during the import/export is not user-friendly The Eng team should provide more details to debug the issues or the logs should be user-friendly.

Two points:-

=> Either to have a basic troubleshooting guide for Disconnected Sat operations 

=> Or, To print all error messages\trace clearly in the hammer export\import command outputs [ instead of needing to check the errors\warnings from pulp tasks ]

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

In the Disconnected satellite setup, the customer don't share logs due to internal policies, so the customer wants better logging, so he can easily identify the issue and troubleshoot accordingly.
