Description of problem:

Red Hat Satellite Web UI does not auto-refreshes itself while provisioning a host, check attached screenshot for better clarity. It needs to be manually refreshed. This is happening when HTTPS is behind an F5 appliance.

The browser debugger shows the below.

How reproducible:

HTTPS is being used behind the F5 that is BIG-IP 15.1.2.1 Build 0.0.10 Point Release 1, SSL termination is done on the F5.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up HTTPS behind as F5
2. Provision the host
3. Red Hat Satellite Web UI should autorefresh once the progress starts.

Actual results:

Satellite Web UI stuck at a point no auto-refresh
