Description of problem:

If a user exports content from the Library, an export CV is created. This CV is not listed in the Satellite Content View list, but it does show up on the Satellite CV Dashboard. If this is intentional, it isn't explained in documentation. This is either a bug, or an oversight.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the hammer command to export content from the Library
2. Use the web UI to display the available CVs
3. Use the web UI dashboard to display the created export CV

Actual results:

The content export CV is not displayed in the Satellite CVs.

Expected results:

If the intention is to track content export history via CV, the export CV should be listed with other CVs, and/or an explanation should be made in the Content Management Inter Satellite Sync explanation.
