Description of problem:
When navigating to:
Configure -> Inventory Upload

Clicking on Configure Cloud Connector will fail if the following command is not run:

1. satellite-installer --foreman-proxy-plugin-remote-execution-script-install-key=true

Otherwise Satellite will not be able to execute things on itself.

Actual results:
Configure Cloud Connector will fail as the above command allowing Satellite to execute things on itself was not run

Expected results:
Have a helper icon/popup something warning that you need to install the key before Satellite can execute things on itself.

Pointing to the docs on how to run the command would also work.
