      Description of problem:

Applied filter rule disappeared when the CV was published and promoted.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      Satellite 6.15

      How reproducible:

When an errata filter or rule is applied, published, and promoted in a new version, the filter rule is no longer visible.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create the filter 'Errata' content type and select 'Exlcude filter'

      2. Choose start as January 1st 2023 as the 'Issues from' date and end date as empty or todays' date.

      3. Publish/promote a new version.

      4. Go back to the filter again; the above rule has vanished. The chosen date is not available.

This could be a problem when the customer checks the filter rule they applied to a specific CV previously.

      Actual results:

The filter rule should be visible even after the publish/promote task is completed.

      Expected results:

The filter rule disappeared after the publish/promote task.
