After clicking on the Capsule Content Sync progress bar it navigates to the Tasks page ( Monitor -> Tasks)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Infrastructure -> capsules -> Click on Capsule
2. Initiate any Capsule sync (Optimize/Complete)
3. Click on the task progress bar

Actual results:

After clicking on the Capsule Content Sync progress bar it navigates to the Tasks page ( Monitor -> Tasks)

Expected results:

After Clicking On Capsule Content Sync progress bar it should directly navigate to the actual running task ( The same way it works for repository sync )
