firewalld package is absent on the created qcow2 image which eventually restricts the script from enabling ports required for satellite

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run satellite-convert2rhel-toolkit install
2. After successful Satellite installation script exits without any failure

Actual results:
firewalld package is absent on the created qcow2 image which eventually restricts the script from enabling ports required for the satellite and the script exits after the satellite install from the script


Expected results:
satellite-convert2rhel-toolkit install should run smoothly end to end
