Page title is duplicated

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Satellite 6.15 snap 3
2. View the Jobs page
3. With no previous jobs listed, click the blue button "Run Job"
4. Job template page has "Run Job" title twice

Actual results:
The title of the page is listed twice. See screenshot for details

Expected results:
The title should be listed once
