Description of problem:
To reduce navigation and provide better ease of use, the left navigation bar 'id="page-sidebar"' should collapse any expanded sections when expanding a new collapsed section.

Navigation bar is static and previously expanded sections stay expanded upon expanding a new section

Expected results:
Previously expanded sections should collapse to reduce navigation for users

Additional info:
I believe it would also help to collapse child sections upon collapsing parent sections as well.
IE: If I expand parent section "Monitor" and child section "Reports", then expand parent section "Content", parent section "Monitor" should collapse. Upon expanding "Monitor" section again, child section "Reports" should not be expanded.
