Description of problem:

The Documentation hyperlink within the administer > Roles page in Satellite WebUI gets redirected to an invalid URL

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Satellite 6.15.0

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Satellite WebUI -> Administer -> Roles page.
2. Click on the "Documentation" at the top right corner

Actual results: A new page is opened with the URL: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.15/html/administering_red_hat_satellite/managing_users_and_roles_admin and throws below error.

The page you're trying to find was either removed, moved, or maybe the URL isn't quite right.

Expected results: The URL should redirect to the right documentation link.
