Description of problem:
When you are using the Alternate Content Source create modal, if you click enter then you close the dialog. This is really weird, and very frustrating if you are on the last step, as this modal can get lengthy.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the ACS Create modal and hit enter

Actual results:
Enter closes the dialog completely

Expected results:
Not really sure, but closing the dialog is bad. Maybe clicks the next button?
