Description of problem:
For the Satellite Convert2RHEL appliance [0] we need to distribute satellite-convert2rhel-toolkit rpm for the customers.

Additional info:
The rpm is not part of the satellite module [1], these changes need to be cherry-picked as well.
Right now there is an open PR for the v1.0.0 waiting for review [2]
