The sca deprecation warning message still says katello 4.12 instead of saying Satellite 6.16

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.15.0 stream 38

1.Create an organization via the api/ui
2.Check production.log for message
3.

Actual results:

"Simple Content Access will be required for all organizations in Katello 4.12."

Expected results:

Simple Content Access will be required for all organizations in Satellite 6.16.
