Description of problem:

You can only provision a system via Satellite, if the image is local to the resource group. Satellite only allows some type of relative path as opposed to a full path like a Power Shell script.

Customer would like to be able to perform the same actions their Powershell script performs, but within the Satellite.

Customer states: We would like to be able to leverage the same image name across multiple Azure Compute Resources as well as leverage the same Custom Image Gallery Image using the full UUID path.

Requested to please implement it in the next release of Satellite. The setting/feature/fix shouldn't be OS specific as we are just telling it to use the image's full path.
