Description of problem:
The customer would like to see the ability to set "availability zone" when working with Azure via Satellite. At this moment, there is no way to set it when provisioning on Azure via Satellite.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install sat
2. Do all the configuration to connect via azure as a compute resource
3. Create a new VM

Actual results:
We can create, but we can't set the availability zone

Expected results:
Be able to set the availability zone for the regions that provides that
