Assigning "all domains" to a specific location is not reflected when checking the enabled location into specific domain

      Description of problem:

If a specific Location is assigned to "All xxx", in Subnets, Domains, Reals and so and so, if I check into a specific xxx (via Infrastructure -> Domains, -> Subnets, -> Realms) I'm not going to see that Location as Enabled for that it, even if it is.

xxx can be a components like:

      • Capsules
      • Subnets
      • Compute Resources
      • Provisioning Templates
      • Domains
      • Realms
      • HostGroups

Every time "All xxx" is selected, this is not reflected in the UI, leading to the false believe that, if I check inside a specific Capsule or Subnet or XXX, that location is not
enabled for that, while that is not true.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      Tested in 6.11 and 6.12

      How reproducible:
      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:
      See above

      Actual results:
I don't see in Subnet that a Location is enable to use that, even if it is, via "enable for all Subnets"

      Expected results:
To see all available Locations listed as enabled under each specific component, and have them greyed out - like when that is used by an host - with the notion: enabled at "Location" level

      Additional info:
This is a serious issue because may lead to a false sense of security, while by mistake all current AND FUTURE CREATED subnets/realms/xxx
