"NoMethodError: undefined method `fact_values'" while trying to perform inventory upload

• Satellite 6.13.5 snap 2
• rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-7.0.47-1.el8sat.noarch

How reproducible:

• always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import manifest
2. Register host with Satellite
3. Go to Configure > Inventory upload

Actual results:
NoMethodError: undefined method `fact_values' for "satellite.example.com":String

Expected results:

• No error. Successful Inventory upload
