Create Global Parameters with pre-defined set of values as input.

Feature to create global parameter with predefined set of values which can be selected during utilization.

Customer needs to pass a key:value pair through webhooks during provisioning and the value should from a list of predefined values. This is to avoid any human error while inputting the value during the provisioning process.

4. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

Option to create a Global Parameter with list of predefined values. One of the values can be selected from a drop-down during the provisioning process.
