Description of RFE:

While in the WEB UI, if one clicks to publish a new version of a Composite Content View:

• Check all the CVs and their versions that are part of this CCV
• If a new version of a CV has been published the proceed publishing a new version of this CCV
• If not, provide a pop-up to the user saying "Are you sure you want to publish a new version of this CCV? There has been no updates to any CVs that are part of this CCV" (sample question)
