Goals

• When cloning the template, we should keep the original template reference and show it in the UI / API
• Introduce a new metadata field cloned_from for all templates: provisioning templates, report templates and job templates.

Acceptance criteria

• Cloning the template will keep track of an original template ID
• Show the link to the original template in the UI
• Import and export of templates with the cloned_from parameter are working
• Hammer shows information about the cloned_from_id parameter
