Red Hat Satellite 6 enabling/disabling and editing sync plan null on Mozilla Firefox but works on Google Chrome

      Description of problem:

      the version in Firefox is showing bad (incorrect) data (specifically, the "null" entry for "Start date" , and as a result the web UI for enabling/disabling the Sync Plan does not work.

      In Chrome, the "Start Date" field has valid/correct data in it (a "Start Date" nearly 1 month prior, June 10, 2022), and as a result the UI to edit the 'Enabled' field works correctly.

      Satellite 6.10.6+

      How reproducible:

      have reproduced the issue with:

      -Chrome Version 103.0.5060.134 (arm64 version on Mac OS 12 & x86_64 version on Mac OS 10.14)

      • all versions appear to work
      • Firefox "rolling release" (all versions between 101 and 103 beta 6) on Mac OS 12 (arm64)
      • Firefox ESR 91.10.0 (x86_64 on Mac OS 10.14)
