Description of problem:
For a specific user we would like to be able to configure only notifications specific to Satellite and Capsule system tasks.
For example, errors or warnings related to product synchronization, sync to Capsule, cleanup tasks, pulp tasks etc.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.12.2

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to Administer -> Users, click on a user, go to Email Preferences.

Actual results:
Ability to enable different kinds of notifications for hosts. No options to enable only notifications specific to Satellite and Capsule system tasks.

Expected results:
Additional option to enable only notifications specific to Satellite and Capsule system tasks.

Additional info:
Administrators managing Satellite infrastructure don't necessarily need to know about clients (failed jobs, errata etc.) so there should be a way to filter notifications more granularly.
