Registering a host with an activation key that has a lifecycle environment but not content view causes an error

      Description of problem:

During the Red Hat Summit Satellite workshop, a participant accidentally created an activation key with a lifecycle environment but no content view. This cause a registration error later.

We should add safeguards to stop this from happening or at least ensure that the error message is more clear. During writing I do not remember the exact error, but it was unclear enough for a couple Satellite engineers to have to look into it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      Satellite 6.13

      How reproducible:
      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create an AK with an LCE but no CV
      2. Try to register a host with that AK
      3.

      Actual results:
      A confusing error

      Expected results:
An error that is more clear, or some sort of gating that stops this in general.

      Additional info:

The change to multiple CV/LCEs per host may fix this.
