Description of problem:
New build of Satellite 6.13, new build of RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 host. Hosts are registered to Satellite using the Hosts | Register Host method. Hosts register and show up in Satellite. Insights gets installed, but the data ONLY shows up at console.redhat.com.

Configure | Insights | Sync recommendations has been run
Configure | Inventory | Restart has been run

Satellite 6.13, RHEL 9.1 and RHEL 8.3

How reproducible:
Register a system to Satellite using Hosts | Register Host method and try to view Insights data in either Configure | Insights or by going to
Hosts | All Hosts | <selecting host> | Insights

Actual results:
Nothing is displayed in Satellite, but it is shown at console.redhat.com

Expected results:
Results should be displayed in Satellite
