Section Number and Name: Chapter 4. Upgrading Satellite or Capsule to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 In-Place Using Leapp

Describe the issue: Based on the customer feedback in LabApp[1], they would like to have HTTP Proxy scenario covered in the Satellite upgrade guide.

We do not need to copy the steps from RHEL LEAPP Upgrade guide, just need to add a note in the satellite upgrade guide under chapter 4 that points to the RHEL documentation.

Suggestions for improvement:

Add a note in the Satellite upgrade guide ( LEAPP upgrade section ) to refer to the RHEL documentation to setup HTTP Proxy if there is any in the customer's environment.
