Wrong redirect shown

Description of problem:
Since Sat 6.13 Snap 11 if you try to edit any parameter on the unmanaged host you are going to be redirected to the "No host found" page.
Edits go through though.

On this page, you can see that satellite tries to redirect to the host's name+domain URL. But the host's name already contains the domain so the redirect fails.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to some host detail
2. Try to edit anything there
3. See the wrong redirect

Actual results:
Satellite redirects you to "No host found" page.

Expected results:
Satellite should redirect you to the host details page.

Additional info:
1. I have tried to change the hostname from "ip-XX-X-XXX-XXX.domain.com" to "ip-XX-X-XXX-XXX" so the satellite concatenates the domain at the end of the name and it redirected me successfully but the name was left unchanged.
