Description of problem:
The parameter value vanishes when clicking on the hide value checkbox on the new host page parameter tab

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Try to add a host parameter and hide its value
2. Try to edit the parameter and unhide the value that vanishes.

Actual results: The value gets inconsistent and hides ****

Expected results: The value should be visible even after hide and unhide.
