4.3. Adding a Bonded Interface

Describe the issue:

Recently I came across a situation, where provisioning a host with bonded interface failed to create the correct configuration, upon checking further, found the slave interfaces were not set as managed, so the configuration was not applied. After setting the slave interfaces as managed and reprovisioning the host the bonded interface was created as expected.

Suggestions for improvement:

so I am suggesting adding a note in (Section 4.3. Adding a Bonded Interface), i.e Managed flag should be set for all the slave interfaces when adding a Bonded Interface.
