Description of problem:
Add additional information "Release date of patch by RH" in "Hosts- Applied Errata" in custom Reports.
However, same date is available in the Report Host- Applicable Errata.

Actual results:
Release date of Errata not available for Hosts-Applied Errata

Expected results:
Host - Applied Errata report template should include the Erratum release date
