Section Number and Name: Chapter 11. Provisioning Virtual Machines in Red Hat Virtualization

Describe the issue: RHEV API v4 is taken out of tech preview from Satellite 6.7 onwards, which needs to be updated in the documentation.

Suggestions for improvement:

1. Below para needs to be updated:

With Red Hat Satellite 6, you can manage virtualization functions through Red Hat Virtualization’s REST API version 3. REST API version 4 is not yet supported by Satellite 6.

2. Under "11.3. Adding a Red Hat Virtualization Connection to Satellite Server" Step 6 needs to be updated and we need to remove Warning note.

3. Under "For CLI Users" section need to update the hammer command and remove the Warning note.
