      Description of problem:
Having Future Dated subscription assigned to satellite and the old ones expire, satellite stop synchronize Red Hat content.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      pulp-server-2.21.5.3-1.el7sat.noarch

      How reproducible:
      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. It's required to have subscriptions expiring on a same date of future start date
      2. successfully synchronized repository
      3. waiting until the old subscriptions expire and the future ones will be valid
      4. Trigger a sync-refresh of repositories

      Actual results:
RPM1004: Error retrieving metadata: Forbidden (Katello::Errors::PulpError)

      Expected results:
The synchronization should work without any additional steps
