      This card is meant to handle the case when a user's publication and/or distribution have disappeared.  We're still not sure what might be causing the disappearing publication, but we should ensure that the publication does get created in the case that it is missing.

       

      This Pulp RPM 3.14 issue may be related: https://github.com/pulp/pulp_rpm/issues/2399

      The issue means that, to re create a publication for a repo that uses "mirror complete", we'd have to temporarily change the mirroring policy, resync the repo, and then change it back to "mirror complete".
