We have added the ability to create, pull, push, and inspect artifacts, but without the ability to put them in a container to actually use them, this means little. This card covers creating an ability to make volumes from artifacts; these volumes will then be mountable into containers using our standard volume logic.

This does not encompass adding locking to the artifact store, or more complicated use-cases.

It is only the volume driver work.
