The containers.conf configuration file is being used as a database by several Podman commands, which rewrite it without warning (losing all user formatting and comments) to store information. We want to stop this by breaking out the pieces that are written by Podman to separate files. This card deals with new fields added by the `podman farm` suite of commands.
