Verify that RHACS TLS servers negotiate TLS 1.3 with ML-KEM (X25519MLKEM768) when the client supports it, as required for OCP 4.22 GA.

Findings so far:
* Go services use Go 1.25 and TLS handshake logs show X25519MLKEM768
* Collector (C++) & FACT (Rust) use OpenSSL directly and use P-256 - but they are clients, not servers
