      Overview:

      A high level summary that describes the Epic in a clear, concise way. Complete during New status.

      We want to figure out the scope of the following request for RHACS:

      ```
      OpenShift is on a trajectory to support RHCOS 10 (based on RHEL10) within the next year and we have OCP 4.20 with RHCOS10 test builds passing our blocking CI jobs. We’d now like to engage with your teams to ensure that our most critical layered products have been through a round of regression testing to identify any adverse interactions as early as possible.
      The process is generally easy, provide two manifest files and follow normal installation procedures, the rest should just be your typical regression testing procedures. We’re targeting 4.20 here so that it’s easy to compare 4.20+RHCOS10 against 4.20 GA that’s hopefully well under way.
      I’m reaching out to product owners and managers for the layered products mentioned in the subject seeking commitment to complete a round of 4.20 regression testing using RHCOS 10 by the end of November if at all possible. If that’s not possible please let us know what a more reasonable timeline for your product may look like or what we can do to help get started ASAP.
      ```
