Test critical layered products with 4.20 and RHCOS 10 during the October to November timeframe. If we test significantly later than this we will have missed the primary window for affecting RHEL 10.2 which is our target GA version.

Testing expectation is that you will install per this procedure and run your normal regression testing suite, report any issues. In phase 1 upgrade testing is not explicitly requested as it would entail additional special procedures.
