Overview:

ROX-30587 introduces logic that restarts pods by modifying the pod template annotations of Kubernetes Deployments and DaemonSets.

If in a future ACS. version we introduce a StatefulSet or some other resource that creates pods, we should have a way of discovering this (e.g. via a test) so we don't forget to update the pod_template_annotation PostRenderer.
