[NHC-UI] Install CRD URL is not working on RHOCP-4.21

      When there are no CRD available on the cluster for SNR, MDR and FAR it ask us to install the required Operator to show the available templates for the same but the current url redirect us to `../operatorhu/..` but in RHOCP-4.21 it's changed with `../catalog/..` .
