Guided Decision Table: Cannot add a row into table with a work item

      1. Import into decision central the attached repository, project dtables
      2. Open the decision table, widTestDT
      3. Click on, Insert, Append Row
      4. You will see the attached errors

      This issue appears just on firefox or internet explorer. If a table with Work Item execution is opened, the attached errors appears. Please notice that the errors differs slightly on firefox and internet explorer.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create new project
      • Create new Data Object, lets say Person with field name : String
      • Create new Work Item Definition file, in the default generated content replace the result data type to String: "Result" : new StringDataType()
      • Create new guided decision table
        • Define Execute work item column, Work Item : My Task
        • Append Row
        • The attached errors will appear on Firefox and IE
