Installation wizard in the Business Automation Operator shows a "500 Internal Error"

      1. Install Business Automation 7.11.1-3 Operator
      2. Go to the installed operator
      3. Click the installer link in the Details section:

           ~~~
      4. It opens a new window with "Log in with Openshift"
      5. Click that link
      6. It shows the following error:

          500 Internal Error
          configmap "oauth-serving-cert" not found

      After installing the Business Automation 7.11.1-3 Operator and clicking the installer link, it goes to another window where it asks to log in again. But clicking the "Log in with Openshift" link shows:

          ~~~
          500 Internal Error
          configmap "oauth-serving-cert" not found
          ~~~

      I found this solution [1] about AMQ Online with the same error and applied the workaround but it didn't work.
