It seems that Kie Server configuration is broken in OpenShift templates which use Business Central and Kie Server. The Manage perspectives (Process Definitions, Process Instances, Task, ... ) show error for the default Kie Admin User:
Invalid credentials to load data from remote server. Contact your system administrator.
