[OpenShift] Kie Server error when opening Manage process perspectives in Business Central

    Description

      It seems that Kie Server configuration is broken in OpenShift templates which use Business Central and Kie Server. The Manage perspectives (Process Definitions, Process Instances, Task, ... ) show error for the default Kie Admin User:

      Invalid credentials to load data from remote server. Contact your system administrator.
