Process Instance Diagram Tab does not show instance count badges when navigating between parent/child

      1. Start parent-child process pair (keep child running by putting Human Task there).
      2. Go to the parent process instance, check Diagram tab - instance count badges are there.
      3. Navigate either through panel or diagram to the sub-process (child).
      4. On initial render instance count badges are missing.
      5. Navigate to Logs panel and back to Diagram, the badges appear after.

      When user navigates using parent/child links between processes, the instance count badges are not rendered after the navigation.

      When user switches between tabs (to Logs and back to Diagram) the badges appear again.
