User deployed and started container for a new project in KIE Server. After that when he tries to see project definitions or anything else in Business Central he will see that there are no available endpoints.

This is cause by KIE Server url set to secured route, so BC is not able to hand this connection.
In template is set parameter for prefering KIE Server service (KIE_SERVER_CONTROLLER_OPENSHIFT_PREFER_KIESERVER_SERVICE), but this was used only in case OpenShift strategy was used, now it is ignore - see https://github.com/jboss-container-images/rhpam-7-openshift-image/blob/7.7.x/templates/rhpam77-authoring.yaml#L160-L164
In 7.6 we did not have this issue as we were using there OpenShift startup strategy.
